*** AMENDMENT 0003�- Issued�23�September 2021 to provide Government response to Offeror's inquiries. *** AMENDMENT 0002�- Issued 10�September 2021 to provide Government response to Offeror's inquiries�and to extend the proposal due date. *** AMENDMENT 0001 - Issued 7 September 2021 to provide the information for the Site Visit pertaining to the seed project.� This acquisition is for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Design-Build (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Various Projects in the Atsugi Area of Responsibility (AOR), Japan, with an eight-year maximum ordering period consisting of one five (5) year initial base ordering period and one three (3) year option ordering period. The resultant MACC, will be used to issue Task Orders for the design and construction of new construction renovation, renovation/modernization, and routing repair/maintenance projects for various projects in the Atsugi Area of Responsibility (AOR), Japan. The proposed scope of work will be specified in each Task Order and may include, but is not limited to, , office renovation, building demolition, built-in equipment repair/replacement, piping repair/replacement, pipe lagging, electrical work, mechanical work, road prevent, fencing, roofing, painting, site work, removal and disposal of material containing lead, paint with lead, cadmium, chromium (VI) and asbestos containing material, welding and masonry for the Atsugi Area of Responsibility (AOR), Japan at U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan; U.S. Marine Corps Combined Arms Training Center, Camp Fuji, Japan; and the U.S. Naval Auxiliary Landing Field, Kisarazu, Chiba, Japan. However, as needed, various other locations within the Kanto operational area, Japan, may place orders against this MACC. The Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amount for all the MACC contract awards combined is $250,000,000; it is not the maximum value of each individual MACC contract. The NTE capacity for the contract will be tracked using the U.S. Dollar obligated amount of the task orders and modifications at the time of execution. The task orders will range between �50,000,000 / $500,000 to �2,500,000,000 / $25,000,000 but may be other amounts by mutual agreement of the Government and Contractor. Minimum guarantee is �3,000,000 / $30,000. A task Order for the minimum guarantee will be issued concurrently with the award of the basic contract for the Offerors awarded a MACC, but not awarded the seed project.� There is one (1) seed project for this solicitation, which will be awarded at the time of award of the MACC contracts.
