Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific intends to issue a sole source bulk�funded BPA call to Boston Scientific for Boston Scientific Surgical Equipment and Supplies for implant surgeries for spinal cord stimulator implants, trials, and radio frequency ablations for the period covering 01 October 2021 to 31 December 2021 for Tripler Army Medical Center, HI. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 339113 � Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. The statutory authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), which authorizes the government to award contracts when the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.201 and 5.203. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
