Description

U.S. Army Human Resources Command utilizes SAS Software to perform strength management across the Army. This programming provides the necessary operations to provide analysts and Career Managers the ability to ascertain the strength of all Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) instantaneously. The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.506, Women-Owned Small Business Program Sole Source Awards, to Executive Information Systems, LLC to support U.S. Army Human Resources Command with a period of coverage from 31 December 2021 through 30 December 2022. The anticipated award date is 12 December 2021. SAS is the only responsible source an no other services will satisfy agency requirements. No other manufacturer software will integrate with the current proprietary software. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be available through SAM.gov. Any response to this notice must show clean and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Comments shall be received in writing no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time 30 September 2021. Comments shall be sent via email to Paige A.
