- Miramar National Cemetery Expansion, Phase 2 This investment will develop approximately 20 acres of undeveloped land to provide approximately 27,000 gravesites, including both casket and cremation sites in new burial sections including related infrastructure, a new Honor Guard Building, addition to Administrative Building, Maintenance Warehouse renovation and repairs, a new covered vehicle parking structure, utilities, irrigation, landscaping, site furnishings, paths, access roads and parking, GPS/GIS, signage in support of the expansion area, and includes four (4) add alternates as listed below: Sod in lieu of Seed (B) Maintenance Complex Staff Building HVAC Remodel (C) Administration Building HVAC Remodel (D) Slurry Seal all existing roadways on site.
