Description

This is a Special Notice.� The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to APTEAN, INC pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders.� All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 1:30 pm (ET) September 24, 2021.� Point of contact is Naomi Collier Naomi.Collier@usdoj.gov. The proposed order is for annual IRMS maintenance and support for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with APTEAN, INC, 4325 ALEXANDER DR STE 100 ALPHARETTA, GA 30022.� A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
