Description

23 SEPT 2021 The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAB, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), to AT&T Corp., 3001 Cobb Parkway FL 1, Atlanta, GA 30309-3402. The NAICS code is 532490 and its size standard is $32.5 million. The following service will be procured: Optical amplifier hut space lease agreement. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government�s requirement. In addition, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e. Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with Far Part 12. Anticipated award date is September 29, 2021. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received no later than 8:00 a.m., Central Time, 27�September 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
