- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The USDA, Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with DocuSign/Carahsoft under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. Contractor will provide the following software for a base year and two option years:� Part No:� 4987-120-684 DocuSign Business Pro with FedRAMP; Part No. 4987-120-757 Enterprise Premier Support with FedRAMP; Part No. APT-0553-2 SpringCM Contract Mgmt - Enterprise - Community User - Seat Sub.; Part No. APT-0549-2 SpringCM Document Mgmt - Enterprise with SFDC - Seat Subs.;� Part No. APT-0569-S Classic SpringCM offering.� Provides ability to use a UAT sandbox for development and testing.� Not for production use.� No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 511210. If a firm believes that USDA�should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by September 27, 2021 at 1:00 pm central.
