- Notice of intent to Sole Source The 189th Arkansas Air National Guard intends to award a Firm Fixed price sole source contract to Federal Prison Industries, cage code 1XFF6, under authority FAR 13.106-1 (b) � Only one source reasonable available for the purchase of furniture. The applicable NAICS code is 337211. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of award action warrant only one source is reasonably available. See attached Contracting Officer justification and approval for details.
