- This is the official solicitation for the Low Observable (LO) Aircraft Paint Booth Facility Maintenance contract. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform maintenance and inspection services for two aircraft paint booths, their related systems and equipment located at building 280, Tyndall AFB, FL in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement.
