Description

The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for procurement of painting conservation and restoration services utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit this requirement as a total small business set-aside. Anticipated posting of solicitation # N0018921Q0533 to beta.sam.gov on or around 23 September 2021. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 712110. The size standard is $30,000,000.00. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
