Description

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) intends to issue a solicitation for a non-personnel commercial service contract, Single Award, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), Requirements Type (IDT) contract for USAG Bavaria. The objective of this requirement is to provide service contract to provide Vegetation Control Services at Embankments of Railroad Tracks, within the USAG Bavaria (Tower Barracks Grafenwoehr and Rose Barracks Vilseck), Germany. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541350 Building Inspection Services This contract is for one (1) Base Year plus four (4) Option Years for a possible total of 5 years. This requirement will utilize Lowest Price Technically Acceptable�(LPTA)�basis pursuant to the award evaluation criteria stated in FAR clause 52.212-2.in determining the successful offer.� The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, Germany. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://beta.sam.gov/. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next�2 (two) days, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award.
