- **AMENDED** Due to unanticipated and urgent need, the date to submit quotes has been changed to COB Friday, Sep 24/2021.� Please direct all questions to the Contracting Official provided in this announcement. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Spectrum Engineering Services (AJW-156), has a Brand Name Mandatory requirement for a quantity of 16 Tektronix R7A-507A Series Real Time Spectrum Analyzers to include the Tektronix accessory, soft carry case.� This opportunity is 100% set aside for Small Business competition.� Interested vendors who can compete for this Brand Name requirement must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a certified small business under the NAICS code identified below.� Interested vendors must complete and submit the attached Request for Quote (RFQ).� ��Quote submissions must fully comply with all terms and conditions included in the RFQ document.� �The contractor will be responsible for all labor, parts, kits, and major components required to meet the FAA�s requirement. NAICS:�� 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals. Size Standard:�� 750 Employees The Government seeks to award a single Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the vendor quote determined to meet all requirements of the RFQ, with applicable attachments, at the overall lowest offered price.� Vendors are encouraged to pay particular attention to all terms and conditions particularly for Delivery and the Telecommunication representation clauses, 3.6.4-22 and 3.6.4-24.� VENDOR QUOTES FOR THIS REQUIREMENT MUST BE RECEIVED VIA EMAIL BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER, KATHLEEN D. ISLAS, kathleen.d.islas@faa.gov, at 4:00 p.m. Central, Friday, October 01, 2021.
