- The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract to the University of New Mexico (DUNS 806345617), under the authority at at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Only one source reasonably available. The University of New Mexico will be conducting monthly Extension for Community Health Outcome sessions for the Navajo Area Office. The NAICS code is 541611 with an associated, small business size standard of $16.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. Any source that believes it can provide the described services herein may provide a capability statement to the point of contact below. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to compete the requirement. Responses to this notice shall be submitted via email no later than 9:00 am�MDT on September 27, 2021.
