Description

DESCRIPTION Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows: 1. Remove and replace rooftop packaged HVAC unit on the Culinary Arts Building 2. Replacement of HVAC system and associated components in the Counseling Building. LOCATION A. This project is located at the Weber Basin Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. The address is 7400 Cornia Dr., Odgen, Utah 84405. Driving instructions can be obtained from the Center by calling 801-479-9806. GENERAL SITE CONDITIONS AND WEATHER A. The elevation of the site is approximately 4,300 feet above mean sea level. The construction site can experience heavy snowfall and cold temperatures in the winter. PROJECT SCHEDULING A. Work hours for this project are between 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
