- This procurement will be a 5-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract restricted to the part number listed below. Only approved sources or distributors will be considered for this buy.� The TDP for this project can be accessed at https://beta.sam.gov/opp/bc117ddb39fa4189be62526adc08a71b/view ITEM: Vehicular Hub Assembly NSN: 2815-01-203-5746 MILITARY PART NUMBER: 12338284-2, with major component of this assembly restricted to AM General, LLC (CAGE: 34623) Part No. 5598767 INSPECTION / ACCEPTANCE: Origin / Origin FOB: Destination PACKAGING: Military / B (Subject to Special Packaging Instruction) MINIMUM / MAXIMUM QUANTITY: 120 / 3000 KIND OF CONTRACT: Firm fixed price The solicitation will post on or about 12 August 2020, with offers due on or about 24 September 2020 (see solicitation for actual offer due date). Offerors are encouraged to check the beta.sam.gov website on a regular basis for any updates to the solicitation. Instructions for technical data package (TDP) access will be provided in the near future. The solicitation contains DLAD provision 52.215-9023, entitled 'Reverse Auction,' which allows for the use of reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com. Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to the contract specialist.
