Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency gives notice of its intent to solicit, negotiate and award a competitive firmed fixed priced Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. These awarded would be for the purpose of purchasing liquid and compressed laboratory gases, (Liquid Argon, Industrial Grade Liquid Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Helium, Nuclear counter, Ultra Zero grade, Liquid Nitrogen) and other possible gases, including rental of cylinders in accordance to the attached Statement of Work.
