Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation.� The Hawaii Army National Guard requires LivingWorks Start Licenses, Online training access � up to 90 minute interactive training program to provide the skills and knowledge to keep family, friends, co-workers and others safe from suicide. Specifically, LivingWorks Start helps one to become more comfortable talking about suicide, keep a loved one safe in times of distress, support friends and co-workers, build professional skills.� See attached for more details on the requirement. Submit your quotation including your approach to obtain LivingWorks Start licenses, and arrangement with LivingWorks Education USA Inc. (proprietary suicide prevention on-line training).� Please see the other requirements in submitting your quotation including the attached documents. Attached with this solicitation is a brand-name and sole-source justification.� If the Government receives no other quotation, Government will prepare to award to LivingWorks.�
