Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and written solicitation will not be used. Department of Defense, United States Space Force at Peterson SFB Colorado Springs, CO, is requesting a quote for a geolocation suite, a commercial item, in accordance with (IAW) specifications identified in this Request for Quote (RFQ). Only a written quote will be accepted in response to this RFQ; no oral offer will be accepted. A single award will be issued as a result of the evaluation of quotes received.� The technical evaluation and technical acceptability will be based on the ability of the offeror to quote all items IAW the specifications referenced in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation. Prior to making an award, the contracting officer will make a price fair and reasonable determination IAW FAR 13.106-3. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334220 � Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communication Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 1,250 employees. This procurement is unrestricted and not set-aside for small business. All questions must be submitted no later than 23 September 2021 by 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. All quotes are due by 28�September 2021 by 1000 AM Mountain Standard Time. *See Attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and attachment for additional details.* Amendment 0001 is issued to: 1. Provide questions and answers (See Attachment 3 Questions and Answers) 2. Revise the Statement of Work (See Attachment 1 Statement of Work) 3. Amend the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to reflect the extension of the deadline for submission of quotes (See attached).�The deadline for submission of quotes is extended to 28�September 2021 by 1000 AM Mountain Standard Time.
