Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office � Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC� 28310 Department of Nursing Labor and Delivery, has a requirement for 100 New Born infant security bracelets (transmitters) and services that will keep our infants and newborns in a safe and secure environment.� As per the proprietary letter, RF Technologies has stated they own the intelligent properties we are using. Additionally, this is one method, Womack Army uses to reduce the risk of infant abduction. If the transmitters and services are not orders, Womack Army will not meet their mission to protect Army Soldiers and their family members. RF Technologies is the sole manufacturer, installer and service provider of the RF Technologies family of products and therefore is a proprietary product. Services include: Services to consist of the below: 24 x 7 Remote User Support � Telephone Level 1 and Level 2 Support Software Maintenance Updates VPN Enhance Remote Diagnostic Support Remote Monitoring Services (RMS) Annual Comprehensive Inspections, Performance Validation, and System Re-certification Repairs, Parts coverage Discounted on-site repair labor rate (30% off) On-site repair labor services (business hours) Automatic Supply Replenishment This will be Sole Sourced to RF Tecnologies.� Please see the Full Solicitation and Justification and Approval documents attached.
