Description

The Office of Naval Intelligence of Washington, D.C., intends to procure via a sole-source contract from Recorded Future, Inc., three annual licenses for the Threat Intelligence Module. The Threat Intelligence Module is the only commercial provider that provides the information/intelligence gaps of ONI in regards to its maritime and cybersecurity domain awareness. The platform uses identity identification and extraction from multiple sources. The platform then organizes and structures this data with the help of machine algorithms and natural language processing. This collection at scale is performed in real time by the platform, making this an impossible scale for any human-driven process to accomplish. The platform allows users to organize information in a way that can be easily understood to tackle the cybersecurity challenges of incident response/indicator reputation, vulnerability management and digital risk protection, from nation-state and sub nation-state cyber actors that are considered advanced persistent threats (APTs). This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received will be considered by the government.
