- The scope of this simplified acquisition procedure (SAP) award is to develop a functional software demonstration product that captures the transmitted time/frequency multi-user hop activity, for both LOS and NLOS frequencies, and the co-channel interference. The contractor will provide an algorithm for a LOS Frequency Hopping Detection in the Presence of Co-Channel Interference, and an algorithm for a NLOS Frequency Hopping Detection.
