Description

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Training Center Yorktown, VA has a requirement for Base Year and Four Option Years for the Maintenance Services for Airtime Monthly Radio Subscription for 21 Radios, to be used for the US Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, Security Division for their required onboard operations at Training Center Yorktown, VA.� This is hereby a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source Purchase Order to YORK COUNTY, 224 Ballard St, Yorktown, VA 23690, DUNS Number 010054815, Cage Code: 1X0C8 on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Awarded under Memorandum of Agreement between TRACEN Yorktown, and YORK County proprietary system.� The following information is provided. � CLIN 001 Firm Fixed Price to provide Maintenance Service of Airtime, Monthly Radio Subscription for 21 Radios. Base Year POP 10/01/2021 � 09/30/2022 CLIN 002 Firm Fixed Price to provide Maintenance Service of Airtime, Monthly Radio Subscription for 21 Radios. Option Year One POP 10/01/2022 � 09/30/2023 CLIN 003 Firm Fixed Price to provide Maintenance Service of Airtime, Monthly Radio Subscription for 21 Radios. Option Year Two POP 10/01/2023 � 09/30/2024 CLIN 004 Firm Fixed Price to provide Maintenance Service of Airtime, Monthly Radio Subscription for 21 Radios.� Option Year Three POP 10/01/2024 � 09/30/2025 CLIN 005 Firm Fixed Price to provide Maintenance Service of Airtime, Monthly Radio Subscription for 21 Radios. Option Year Four POP 10/01/2025 � 09/30/2026 The anticipated award date is on or around 29 September 2021.� This notice is not a request for quotation and no solicitation is available.� A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.� Telephone calls/voice mail messages regarding questions will not be accepted and will not receive a response.
