Amendment 01 posted, see Attachments. 01-SEPT-2021: Contract Price Schedule added to attachments list. 27-AUG-2021: Drawings added. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, intends to award a firm fixed price Job Order under a Master Ship and Repair Agreement (MSRA) for overhaul, maintenance, and repair of Dredge YAQUINA. Major work items that may be associated with the overhaul can be found at the bottom of this announcement. The complete list can be found within the attached invitation for bid (IFB). SITE VISIT (Ship visit): For a Contractor to be determined responsible and eligible for award, a representative of the contractor MUST attend one of the available site visits. The dates for the site visits are: 24-AUG-2021�at the NOAA pier in NEWPORT, OR� 07-SEPT-2021�at the NOAA pier in NEWPORT, OR. 14-SEPT-2021 on the Columbia River. This is a backup date with pier transport location TBD. Coordinate early with Contract Specialist if you know you will require the 14-SEPT date.�� Site visits will begin promptly at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. All offerors will be required to wear Personal Protective and Safety Equipment (PPE) that meet the requirements of EM 385-1-1. PPE WILL NOT be provided by USACE. Offerors are expected to bring their own PPE to the site visit. Standard COVID protocol will be followed, as required by the State.� Face coverings will be required, and temperature checks will be done upon arrival. The Dredge YAQUINA is currently in the operational dredge season throughout the Columbia River. Due to the current operational schedule, the details for the locations of the site visit dates above are subject to change. Some of the potential site visit locations will require a Transportation Worker Identification Certification (TWIC) card to obtain entry. If you do or do not have a TWIC card, please make the Point of Contact (POC) below aware of this information when scheduling the site visit. For those who do not have a TWIC card, an escort will be arranged for pick up from outside of the Port entry point. Prospective contractors must have, or be capable of, entering into a MSRA with USACE, Portland District. Every prospective contractor that wishes to be considered for the award of the job order from the IFB must have an active MSRA for overhaul of the YAQUINA with USACE, Portland District.
