Description
This is a total small business set aside for�a brand name only 3D printer with materials and accessories for the 163d Attack Wing at March Air Reserve Base in California utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� Stratasys F370 3D Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) Printer Salient Characteristics � System must be new � Color LCD Monitor w/USB Port � Maximum Machine size: 34�W X 28�D X 64�H � Minimum printing/build envelope 14� X 10� X 14�. � Utilizes an enclosed build chamber with heat. Helps the materials form together which increases accuracy � Minimum of 4 material bays (2 model/ 2 support) � Capability to print/build layers in range from .005� - .013� for high resolution de-pending on material � Produce parts within an accuracy of � .127 mm (� .005 in.) or � .0015 mm/mm (� .0015 in/in), whichever is greater. � Soluble support structure system for steep angles or overhangs depending on material used during the build. � Includes ultrasonic system to remove soluble support structure after print-ing/build completion minimum chamber size must match minimum print/build envelope � Utilizes textured plastic build platforms to prevent part from lifting during the print process � Ability to print in solid fill, sparse high density, or sparse low density interior infill � Utilizes exchangeable extrusion tips in print head � Includes onboard calibration capability � Utilizes sealed material cartridges � Capable of printing the following materials: � ABS-M30 � ABS-M30I � ASA � PC-ISO � PC � PC-ABS � PLA � TPU � Includes licensed file processing software to operate to machine. � Contractor shall include training for the software for minimum of (4) individuals � Machine start-up to include assembling any components, testing, and opera-tional run as required by manufacturer. � PRINTER MINIMUM MATERIALS REQUIREMENTS: Includes standard material bundle with the following: Includes software license that enables: ABS-M30, ABS-M30i, PLA , ASA NAICS: 333244 FSC:� 3610 The attached SF1449 shall be used in preparation of quotes.
