Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Precisely Software Incorporated's Syncsort MFX Subscription Renewal with a period of performance of 10/1/2021-9/30/2022. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for Precisely Software Incorporated's Syncsort MFX Subscription Renewal. The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award period of performance of 10/1/2021-9/30/2022. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 11:59 AM EST on Sept 29 2021.� Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
