The DAI Functional Sponsor determined that Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) could better meet DoD 4th Estate agency requirements for Budget Formulation over the currently deployed and implemented Oracle Hyperion capability. This proposed modification will allow for an EPM solution to be implemented in DAI Release 5.0.�
