Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) (Quantico, VA) intends to award a sole source contract to National Contract Management Association (NCMA) (21740 Beaumeade Circle, Suite 125, Ashburn, VA 20147) for 459 organizational memberships. These memberships are needed to foster the professional growth and edcational advancement of the contracting competency. This action falls under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and a supporting Justification and Approval is attached to this notice. As a result of market research, and in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), National Contract Management Association is deemed the only�responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Required Delivery: 30�September 2021 The applicable NAICS code is 511120, Periodical Publishers, with a size standard of 1000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming.
