This notification represents�Amendment 3�for this solicitation and RFP Q&A Round 2.� Please see the SF30 for the amendment in the attachment section for all identified changes/updates to the solicitation.��This amendment does not extend the proposal submission due date. --------------------------------- This is Modification 3 to the posting of Mission Enabling Servinces�Contract (MESC) Solicitation No. 80JSC021R0009. This notification represents�Amendment 2 for this solicitation.� Please see the SF30 for the amendment in the attachment section for all identified changes/updates to the solicitation.��This amendment does not extend the proposal submission due date. ------------------------------------ This is Modification 2�to the posting of Mission Enabling Servinces�Contract Solicitation No. 80JSC021R0009.� You are notified of the following: The MESC Final RFP Q&A�has been posted. ------------------------------------ NASA/JSC issued the Mission Enabling Services (MESC)�Request for Proposal (RFP) on August 26, 2021.� This notification represents Amendment 001 to the RFP.���This amendment extends the proposal submission due date.��Please see the SF30 in the attachment section for all identified changes/updates to the solicitation, including rationale for the extension. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.� The NAICS Code and Size Standard is 541512�and�$30 million, respectively. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.� The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the MESC Webpage� (https://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/mesc/) and at: www.SAM.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of this solicitation and amendments (if any).� Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).� --------------------------------------------------------- NASA/JSC is issuing the Mission Enabling Services Contract (MESC) Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. This acquisition is a partial small business set aside. The NAICS code and Size Standard is 541512 and $30M, respectively. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
