Description

This solicitation is for�commercial non-personal services contract to perform logistics services and ancillary functions as described herein for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), located at 1131 Chapel Crossing Road, Glynco, GA 31524. Phase 1 submissions required signed RFP and all amendments with Phase 1 - 7 page submission.� Carbon Copy Sheryle Wood on all submissions (sheryle.wood@fletc.dhs.gov This acquisition will be conducted under the auspices of the DHS Procurement Innovation Lab (PIL). The PILis a virtual lab that experiments with innovative techniques for increasing efficiencies in the procurement process and institutionalizing best practices. There is nothing you need to do differently for this requirement. After an award(s), the PIL project team may reach out to successful and unsuccessful offerors to assess effectiveness of the procurement process and the innovative techniques applied.
