- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Subpart 13.5� Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/ solicitation SHALL be posted on sam.gov. The RFQ number is W912J6-21-Q-0044.� This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 Effective Sep 10, 2021.� It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.� The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: �https://www.acquisition.gov/far/ and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html. The NAICS code is 721110 and the Small Business Standard is $35,000,000.� This solicitation will be competed through Full and Open Competition. The USPFO HI Purchasing and Contracting Division requests responses from qualified, and responsible, sources capable of providing: CLIN0001: Lodging accommodations up to an estimated 37 rooms on Kona Big Island Hawaii. Rooms must ensure check-in/check-out receipt to individual or group. Hotels shall have standard industry cleaning, security standards, and conference room. QTY: ______Rooms Available ��� Nights: 77 ����� Rate: $________ �� = Total: $________________ Period of Performance: Check-in: 01 October 2021 � Check-out: 17 December 2021 Evaluation and Award will be based on Price. Contractor maintains a clean and healthy environment in accordance with commercial standards. LINEN SERVICE: General daily housekeeping in accordance with industry standards. AMENITIES/SERVICES: All facilities and courtesies customarily extended to all other occupants without charge (i.e. pools, lounges, parking areas, etc.) shall be made available without additional charge to government personnel. All extra lodging requirements not specified in this solicitation, or not normally included in the room rate, payable by the government personnel (individual). Food service not requested nor required. The contractor provides concierge, or shuttle at no cost if such also provided to other guests. LIABILITY/MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES: The government is not responsible for any miscellaneous charges or damages incurred by government personnel. Contractor explains to each government personnel, as necessary, miscellaneous charges (such as telephone charges, pay-per-view movies, room service, meals, smoking in the facility, damage charges, etc.) as not covered by this contract; government personnel will be charged and fully liable for payment of all such legitimate liability/miscellaneous service charges Responsibility and Inspection: Unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. Lodging Counts: Lodging Counts: The assigned Government Point of Contact (identified at the time of award) will provide counts for Air Force and Army Service Members that will not to exceed the above numbers. Changes to the lodging count will be provided no later than 48 hours the day prior which shall include name and check-in and/or out dates.
