DTRA COMBATING WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION (CWMD) RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IDIQ DRAFT RFP AND VIRTUAL INDUSTRY DAY 2 The Defense Threat Reduction Agency�s Research and Development (RD) Directorate will host a virtual Industry Day for the CWMD IDIQ to discuss this requirement and the Draft RFP being released with this announcement.� The Industry Day will take place on Monday, October 18, 2021, at 10:00 am EDT and will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams Live. �Those attending the Industry Day must be U.S. Citizens. The Draft RFP for this requirement is attached.� Also attached are areas of feedback that DTRA is looking to get from industry regarding the Draft RFP.� All feedback responses are to be submitted to dtra.belvoir.al.mbx.dtra-rdcwmd-fy21-22@mail.mil by October 29, 2021.� In order to attend the virtual Industry Day on October 18, 2021, please follow these instructions: Registration Instructions:� Use Google Chrome as your web browser.� Go to https://osbp.force.com/EventRegistration/s/ Select the Event titled �DTRA RD CWMD IDIQ Industry Day #2� Enter your e-mail address, Company Name, First and Last Name, and Socioeconomic Category� (you may select more than 1 socioeconomic category).� Make sure to fill out all fields.� Indicate if you are a U.S. Citizen.� Register before 12 noon EDT on October 12, 2021 Registered attendees will receive a link to attend the event prior to October 18th.� Please note that it is critical to fill out the citizenship question.� If this field is left �unmarked,� a link to participate in the Industry Day event will not be sent. This is a virtual event; as such, participants will only be able to ask questions through the chat feature.� You may submit questions for the Industry Day in advance by sending an e-mail with the subject line �DTRA CWMD IDIQ Industry Day #2 Question(s)� to dtra.belvoir.al.mbx.dtra-rdcwmd-fy21-22@mail.mil. �� In addition to the above Industry Day, DTRA intends to provide the opportunity for one-on-one sessions in order for companies to interact and provide feedback to the DTRA IDIQ Program Manager and Contracting Officer regarding the Draft RFP.� These sessions are anticipated to be held October 19 through November 5, 2021 and will each be a maximum of 1 hour in duration.� The sessions are limited to 5 people per company and are intended for those contemplating bidding as a prime contractor.� The one-on-one sessions are not intended to be a forum for a capability briefing. DTRA intends to provide the option of having the one-on-one session held in person or held virtually.� If the session is in person, it will be at 8211 Terminal Road, Suite 1000, Lorton, VA.� All participants must be fully vaccinated (this means at least 2 weeks after receipt of the requisite number of doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved or authorized for emergency use by the Food and Drug Administration, or for emergency use by the World Health Organization) and will attest to this fact when signing in.� All participants must wear masks at all times when in the building and maintain appropriate social distancing.��� Companies must register for a one-on-one session at the link below and must provide a POC.� The POC will be contacted to set-up the exact date and time of the session.� 1:1 Meeting Registration instructions:� Use Google Chrome as your web browser; Go to https://osbp.force.com/EventRegistration/s/; Select �RD CWMD IDIQ 1:1 Meeting Registration�; Enter your e-mail address, company name, POC First and Last Name, and company socioeconomic status.
