Description

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) � Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to APSCO LLC to upgrade/modify SCADA computer and software at buildings 152, 220, 1996 and Tank 8000, for connection to water system monitoring and lift station monitoring panels on Malmstrom Air Force Base. The delivery date consists of thirty (30) days from award of contract. APSCO, LLC is the proprietary owner of the Primex Controls equipment currently installed in the buildings and tanks that need upgrading. APSCO, LLC will be updating the old equipment and software they already installed. Therefore, only APSCO, LLC is capable of fulfilling this requirement. �APSCO LLC does not sell any of its products or services to third parties or distributors. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 20 September 2021 by 2:00 PM MST at 341 CONS, Malmstrom AFB to A1C Cesar Tapia-Caballero, email at cesar.tapia-caballero@us.af.mil.
