- Description
- The NASA/Information Technology Procurement Office intends�to issue sole source extensions for Enterprise�IT Support Services. The Government�is contemplating a class justification for other than full and open competition for non-competitive contract extensions for services under the following contracts: Contract Number:�NNM16AA01C,�MSFC Information Technology Integration Support�(MITS II) Contract Number:�NNG16VU01C, Goddard Information Technology Integration Support Services (GITISS) Contract Number: NNM11AA04C, NASA Integrated Communications Services (NICS) The scopes of services under these contracts include, but are not limited to, IT communication services, support management, planning, policy, service delivery, infrastructure, audio-visual services, and integration and execution of information technology. This�class justification will provide for�contract extensions that shall not exceed 1 year. The extensions are necessitated due to delays in the performance�of the Advanced Enterprise Global Information Technology Solutions (AEGIS) procurement, as these contracts have performance periods that may expire prior to the award of the follow-on procurement. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Learon Comeaux at learon.j.comeaux@nasa.gov not later than 4:30PM EST on October 11, 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
