Description

In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(15):�In the case of noncompetitive contract actions (including those that do not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold), identify the intended source and insert a statement of the reason justifying the lack of competition�. This is a synopsis of intent to award sole source to Agri-Service, LLC. This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent to award. A written solicitation will be issued upon request from the offeror. In accordance with The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Other prospective contractors may submit a capabilities statement by the closing date of this announcement Thursday, 12:00 PM MST, 30 September 2021. All submissions will be evaluated for the sole purpose of determining whether competitive opportunities exist, and the prospective contractor will be advised of the results of the government�s evaluation. Late submissions will not be considered. If no submissions are received, the government will proceed with the intended noncompetitive action. An informational copy of the noncompetitive solicitation is available as the previously competitive RFQ FA820121Q0014 Spike Tooth Harrow. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 423820 with a size standard of 500 Employees.
