- SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE Country C�te d�Ivoire City Locality Abidjan Project Name Abidjan Transport Project Procurement Title Selection of a Consultant Chantier Ecole Procurement r�f. : MCA-CI/CONSULT/ICS/241 Type of Procurement Consultant services (Individual) Buyer Millennium Challenge Account-C�te d�Ivoire Publication Date : September 7th, 2021 Notice Deadline October 12th, 2021� 3.00 pm UTC 1. The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (�MCC�) and the Government of C�te d�Ivoire (the �Government� or �GoCI�) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact (the �Compact�) for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in C�te d`Ivoire in the amount of approximately US$ 524.7 million (�MCC Funding�). The Government, acting through MCA-C�te d�Ivoire (the �MCA Entity� or �Buyer�), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Request for Qualification (�RFQ�) is issued. Any payments made by the MCA Entity under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and distribution of MCC Funding. The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov ) and on the MCA-C�te d�Ivoire website (http://www.mcacotedivoire.ci). 2. MCA-C�te d'Ivoire hereby invites individual Consultants eligible to provide consultancy services as a Consultant Chantier Ecole. Individual consultants are invited to submit their CV�s and financial proposals. MCA-Ivory Coast will award the selected consultant a contract for a period of twelve (12) months renewable from the effective date of the Contract. This is a part-time contract requiring a 10 working days availability per month. 3. Requirements: The curriculum vitae must include a list of relevant large-scale projects in which the applicant has been involved in. He/She must clearly state his/her role and responsibilities for the project and provide the main activities and contributions achieved in relation to the Terms of Reference requirement. This RFQ is open to qualified national or international individual consultants wishing to participate in the Abidjan Transport Project�s activities. 5. A Consultant will be selected under the Individual consultants Selection method, in accordance with �MCC Program Procurement Guidelines� (P.1.B.3.10) which is provided on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov/ppg). 6.
