(ABOA): Office:� 2,928 ABOA Square Feet Warehouse/Garage/Wareyard:� 1,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Office:� 3,074 ABOA Square Feet Warehouse/Garage/Wareyard:� 1,050 Space Type: Office and Warehouse/Garage/Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 120 Months (10 years) Firm Term: 84 Month (7 years) Additional Requirements: Minimum requirements: Quality building of sound and substantial construction. Space must be contiguous Space must allow for efficient use. Space is required in a warehouse, garage, or secured wareyard to park a Fire Vehicle, (large pick-up truck). One reserved parking space for a Government owned passenger vehicle.� ��� The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on?site shall at least meet current local code requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
