- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Jose Delineated Area: N:� E. Santa Clara St.; S: E. Reed St.; E: S. 5th St./San Fernando/S. 4th St./San Salvador/S.5th St; W: Almaden Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 28,968 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,417 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 6 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: One 2-year option Additional Requirements: Must be located with a four-block radius of the US Court House Space must be contiguous on one or more floors Must be located on a floor where the bottom of the windowsill is at least 18 feet above the exterior finished grade Cannot be collocated on the same floor with Pre-trial services, Probation or Public Defenders� Cannot be collocated with residential units, drug treatment centers Loading dock and freight elevator required Guard Service required Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
