General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�California City:�Thousand Oaks Delineated Area: North:� Thousand Oaks City Limits� South:� Thousand Oaks City Limits East:� Thousand Oaks City Limits to Lindero Canyon Rd., to Reyes�Adobe Rd., to Agoura Rd., to Thousand Oaks City Limits West:� Thousand Oaks City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�17,375 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�17,375 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�32 Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�32 Full Term:�120 Months / 10 Years Firm Term:�120 Months / 10 Years Option Term:�60 months Additional Requirements: The Space shall be located on a ground floor with private entry. A dedicated and marked loading/unloading area for a minimum of 3 passenger vehicles or light trucks.� A parking lot at grade or with a minimal ramped change in grade next to a dedicated entry provides this service.�� Entry and direct connection between load/unload zone and leased storage space that minimizes distance and is free of obstacles to standard hand carts�(24-27 inches wide; no lips or barriers). A 9 foot drop ceiling height is required.
