A dedicated and marked loading/unloading area for a minimum of 3 passenger vehicles or light trucks.� A parking lot at grade or with a minimal ramped change in grade next to a dedicated entry provides this service.�� Entry and direct connection between load/unload zone and leased storage space that minimizes distance and is free of obstacles to standard hand carts�(24-27 inches wide; no lips or barriers). A 9 foot drop ceiling height is required.
