Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP), W91CRB-21-R-5023, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Taiwan. This requirement is for the procurement of Medium Thermal Weapon Sights (MTWS) for MANPADS and Engineering support as defined under FMS Case Designators: TW-B-ZBU and TW-B-ZZZ, ARP# PS20015. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. See attached solicitation for details of items being procured.� This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper.� All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through Beta SAM (https://www.beta.sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Michael Siwek, Contract Specialist, via email to michael.f.siwek.civ@mail.mil no later than 12:00 PM�EDT on�22 SEP 2021. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed. All offers are due no later than 30 SEP at 10:00 AM EDT.� An email confirmation must be received to be considered submitted. The primary point of contact for this requirement is Michael Siwek, michael.f.siwek.civ@mail.mil. Amendment 1: The following amendment is to revise the delivery date under CLIN 0003 from 4 OCT 2021 to 24 MAY 2025 (see attached Solicitation). In addition the following Amendment 1 has extended the Solicitation response deadline from 9/30 to 10/6 and has added a Q&A attachment. Amendment 2: The following amendment is to revise section A�of the Soliciation to authorize accelerated deliveries at no additional expense to the Government (see revised Soliciation, section A, item 9 attached). In addition a revised Q&A has been attached addressing this item.
