Drawing attachment�added 9/30/2021 The T-38 Depot at Randolph AFB, Texas, performs the majority of maintenance workloads associated with a significant amount of labor hours and complexity. The TRIM modification qualifies as a maintenance program of this nature. Upon completion of the TRIM program, these T-38 aircraft are returned to the fleet with improved structural integrity following a retrofit of numerous components. In order for this to occur, the fuselage must be properly supported and the maintenance technicians must have the appropriate work stands. This RFI is part of Market Research to identify industry partners capable of making this support equipment. The T-38 Program Office (PO) will host an Industry Day on 27 October 2021 in Texas. The purpose of this meeting is to describe a requirement necessary to accomplish the T-38 Talon Repair Inspection and Maintenance (TRIM) program. Specifically, the TRIM program will require fuselage support fixtures and will require maintenance stands in order to perform the work associated with TRIM. To assist with acquisition planning and program strategy, the T-38 PO is interested in meeting with industry representatives to answer questions and receive feedback regarding this requirement.
