Extend the solicitation due date from September 30, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to October 04, 2021at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) b. All other terms and conditions remain the same. c. End of Amendment A0001 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NM-AN2120-21-02048 CONSTITUTES A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) AND INCORPORATES PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR 2021-07. THE NATIONAL OCEANIC ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION (NOAA), OFFICE OF MARINE & AVIATION OPERATIONS (OMAO), NOAA SHIP RONALD BROWN REQUIRES DOCKING SERVICES IN PORT EVERGLADES, FL. THIS ACQUISITION IS UNRESTRICTED UNDER THE NAICS CODE 488310, PORT AND HARBOR OPERATIONS, THE PRODUCT SERVICE CODE IS V119. � CLIN DESCRIPTION � Detailed Description can be found on the Statement of Work. 0001 Docking Service in Port Everglades October19 2021 to - November 12, 2021 (25 days). Per Statement of work which includes: � Pilotage � Pier Space of 300 linear feet � Line Handlers � Agent Fee � Potable Water � Sewage � Shoreside Generator � Domestic Garbage (10 cubic yard receptacle, emptied day alongside & upon departure) � Recycling (10 cubic yard receptacle, emptied day alongside & upon departure) � Parking � Crane Service � Fork Lift Approximately 20 hours �Bilge Water & Oil Residue Disposal 0002 OPTION SERVICES. Additional Services not scheduled: Inclusion of FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, in the solicitation and resultant contract is for use by the Government as outlined at FAR 37.111, Extension of Services. The option will be exercised as needed at any time during the life of the contract using the rates applicable at the time of exercise. Funds may be allocated as placeholder for procurement and delivery of additional services at market price or negotiated rate quoted. Services may include additional services on the statement of need such as examples of additional trash and sewage pick up, additional forklift hours etc, and or any additional services related to port services such as examples of pilots, tug services, etc. Please provide quotes for following additional services for pricing to be used if these services are required: - Tug Services - Mail Receipt and Delivery - Unarmed Security Guard (Watch Stander) Please refer to attachment for Statement of Work and quote format. THE GOVERNMENT WILL AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT BASED ON BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT: EXPERIENCE/ PAST PERFORMANCE, AND PRICE. Provide the following information with the offer: 1 RFQ number, including name, address, telephone number and Duns Number, Cage Code and Tax Id. 2. Please provide a detailed and itemized cost to include the total amount per statement of requirements and per line items. 3. Include statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provision included in the RFQ. Quotes that rejects the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration. 4. Acknowledgement of solicitation amendments (SF-30) if any. 5. Please provide at least three references for jobs performed that are the same or similar in scope specifically in ""US Government Vessel Docking Services"" and was performed within the past three years. Vendor shall provide a point of contact that includes name, telephone number, emails and a detail description of the service performed and price. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (email) no later than September 30, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). It is the contractor's responsibility to request a confirmation of the email receipt. All questions must be submitted in writing by September 28, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. ET. Contractors are encouraged to register with the https:// SAM.gov/vendor notification service as well as the interested vendors list for this acquisition (see applicable Tab within https://sam.gov/where this synopsis/ solicitation is posted). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is Free and can be completed online at http://www.SAM.gov/.
