(ABOA):�4,454 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�2 Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�2 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�2 Full Term:�15 Firm Term:�10 Option Term:�n/a Additional Requirements: SBA/ITA must not be in buildings with law enforcement agencies, bail bond offices or in buildings where clients will encounter prisoners or parolees In addition, SBA/ITA cannot be placed in buildings or areas with�any entity that works with homeless services or outreach or public facing offices of the Social Security Administration,�where clients may encounter disgruntled, deranged or unkept individuals.
