- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Vermont City: Franklin County Delineated Area: Franklin County, VT Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 55,622 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 58,403 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 331 Spaces Total, of which 7 must be reserved onsite and 324 Commercially Available within � mile Parking Spaces (Surface): 331 Spaces Total, of which 7 must be reserved onsite and 324 Commercially Available within � mile Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 reserved parking spaces. Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Building entrance cannot be located within 300 feet of a school. A loading dock is required. The building must be located within 2,640 feet of a bus stop. At a minimum this project shall obtain LEED - Certification (LEED ID+C). The successful Lessor, at the Lessor�s cost and expense, shall obtain certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) within nine (9) months of project occupancy. Offered space must be in a building that has earned the Energy Star label in the most recent year or will have obtained it prior to lease award, unless the offered space meets a statutory exception. Space offered shall be on no more than 3 contiguous floors. 1st floor space is preferred, but it is not a requirement for award. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, asking rates, and contact information of authorized representative. All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, broker must provide written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Reference project number: 0VT2055 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability standards, and all requirements as set forth within the Government Lease to be issued.� A fully serviced lease rental rate is required.� Offered space shall only be considered in the 100 year flood plain, if no other practicable alternative is available.
