""Determine extent of water damage in the dishwash room and storage room below due to water intrusion through tile floor/grout and from leaking drainpipes"". under AGAR provision 452.215-71 Instructions for the Preparation of Technical and Business Proposals. A new SF 1442 Solicitation 1282A721Q0128 Collbran Job Corps Center Dormitory HVAC and Hot Water heater Replacement has been uploaded to this notice 09/30/2021. Amendment 0001- Add attachment-�Certification Vaccination Contractors and Visitors DESCRIPTION Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows: 1. Remove and replace rooftop packaged HVAC unit on the Culinary Arts Building 2. Replacement of HVAC system and associated components in the Counseling Building. LOCATION A. This project is located at the Weber Basin Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. The address is 7400 Cornia Dr., Odgen, Utah 84405. Driving instructions can be obtained from the Center by calling 801-479-9806. GENERAL SITE CONDITIONS AND WEATHER A. The elevation of the site is approximately 4,300 feet above mean sea level. The construction site can experience heavy snowfall and cold temperatures in the winter. PROJECT SCHEDULING A. Work hours for this project are between 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
