- This Presolicitation notice is to inform potential offerors of the USG future requirements for the following Detonation Cord: DODIC�����������NSN���������������������������������������Nomenclature M456�������������1375-01-180-9356������������������CORD, DETONATING: 1,000 FOOT, TYPE 1, CLASS E M456�������������1375-00-028-5168������������������CORD, DETONATING, REINFORCED: 500 FOOT, TYPE 1, CLASS M M458�������������1375-00-621-8373�������������������CORD, DETONATING, TYPE 1, CLASS E, INERT DUMMY The USG is drafting a formal RFP�to solicit and evaluate using FAR part 12 for the award of a 5 year IDIQ type contract. USG may award multiple IDIQ contracts if in its best interest. (FAR 52.212-1( h ) Offerors�are encouraged to�submit a proposal for ANY number of line items (i.e. not required to price all). Multiple proposals are�encouraged under FAR 12 52.212-1 ( e ). The anticipated release date of the formal RFP is unknown,�please follow this posting for future updates. Interested vendors with releavnt questions regarding this future procurment�should contact the POC's listed.�
