Project: Road Reconstruction. Antelope Lake Road. Plumas National Forest. The project consists of the following: Asphalt pavement and curb demolition, Culvert and roadside metal flume demolition, Reconstruction of asphalt pavement using Cold In-Place Recycle of existing pavement with HMA overlay, Installation of new culverts and roadside metal flumes, Installation of culvert drop inlets and down drains, Riprap and aggregate placement, Construction of new cattleguard, Installation of new guardrails, Installation of new signs, Quality Control Sampling, Testing and Reporting. IAW FAR 32.204 Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: More than $10M. Set Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set Aside NAICS: 237310 � Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. $39.M annual revenue. Refer to complete Request for Proposal continuation pages for bid schedule, scope, specifications, drawings and all other information and terms. SECTION L includes proposal submission instructions and requirements and site visit information. An organized, scheduled, and guided site visit will not be provided by the Government. Interested bidders may independently visit the site. SECTION M includes proposal evaluation procedures, factors, and criteria. All Requests for Information [RFIs] must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the proposal due date.
