- 140P4521Q0034: EMERGENCY SEWER LINE REPAIR, THEODORE ROOSEVELT BIRTHPLACE NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE, NEW YORK, NY This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 19. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 Million. The period of performance shall commence within one (1) calendar day of the Notice to Proceed. The performance should be completed within thirty (30) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The order of magnitude for this project is estimated under $25,000. The successful offeror must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) and have current online Representations and Certifications.
