Description: Solicitation FA461021Q0024 is�canceled. The offers received do not satisfy the requirements set forth in FAR Clause 52.219-14 �Limitations on Subcontracting� and no award will be made. The lack of viable small business interest suggests a 100% small business set-aside is not in the best interest of the government. For this reason the small business set-aside for this requirement is dissolved and the requirement will be resolicited as Full and Open. All interested parties are welcome to provide quotes under the new solicitation.
