General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �Maryland City:�� �Baltimore Delineated Area:�� �Central Business District of Baltimore City: I-83 intersection with East Centre St, West to MLK Blvd, South to I-395, North to Conway St, East to Light St, North to East Pratt St. East to Falls Ave, South to Aliceanna St, East to President St, North to I-83 until it intersects with East Centre St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �33,480 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �33,480 Space Type:�� �Office Parking Spaces (Total):�� �6 Reserved Structured Parking Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface):�� �0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�� �6 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�� �6 Full Term:�� �10 Years Firm Term:�� �3 Years Option Term:�� �2, Five (5) Year Options Additional Requirements:�� �None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Baltimore, MD that will be expiring. �The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. �In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
