Description

SOLICITATION NOTICE POSTED 10/05/2021 Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Design�Build (DB) contract for Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression System Modernization in the Historic Federal Building in Anchorage, Alaska. This solicitation is a Design Build�1 Phase (single phase) solicitation.� A price proposal and technical proposal are required. Pre-Solicitation Notice posted 9/16/2021. Solicitation and associated documents are posted with this notice.� This solicitation contains Controlled Unclassified Information documents (CUI).� To obtain access to these documents, see attachment titled �CUI Request Procedures�, for information regarding CUI documents and instructions to obtain CUI documents.�Send completed CUI request to amy.heusser@gsa.gov. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE:� A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually on October 18, 2021 beginning at 8:00 AM Alaska Time/ 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time.� To obtain access to the pre-proposal conference, , see solicitation document, item I.D. Pre-Proposal Conference and follow the instructions.� The pre-proposal conference will provide instructions for submitting offers for this solicitation. SITE VISIT:� A Site Visit will be held October 19, 2021 beginning at 9:00 AM Alaska Time/ 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time at the Historic Federal Building, Anchorage, AK.� To obtain permission to attend the site visit, see solicitation document, item I.G. Site Visit - Construction;�and follow the instructions.� QUESTIONS:� All questions are to be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, amy.heusser@gsa.gov via email on or before October 28, 2021 at 3:00 PM (Alaska Time).� All Questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation and posted to beta.SAM.gov website.� Amendments answering questions and any other amendments will be posted as soon as possible after October 30, 2020.� It is the offerors� responsibility to monitor the beta.SAM.gov website to obtain amendments for this solicitation.� PROPOSAL CONTENTS, FORMAT and REQUIREMENTS are stated in the solicitation document, item II.A. Proposal Contents, II.B.Proposal Format, II.C. Price Proposal, and II.D.
